Mark Bar is one of the best bars on Manhattan Avenue if you're looking for a either a great cocktail menu or a really decent beer selection (but not as good a selection as Mugs in B'Burg). They usually have about 15 beers on tap most of which rotate by season (as well as some of the ol' standbys that are always present). They have skee-ball, a pool table, some golf video-arcade game and Ms. Pacman/Galaga (table-top style) but the controller on the side near the door must have had a beer spilled on it, because it's sticky and sucks to be the one one that side.

Sometimes they play the music too loud. Sometimes there's a band in the front that plays too loud. They have a bidet in the right-side bathroom, but I haven't tried it so I don't know if it's functional.

The art on the walls usually is not so interesting.

They have free internet and are open at 4pm on Sundays (which is unfortunate because after I get out of mass at St Anthony of Padua down the street, I have to brown bag it until they open).
