Katsu is a cute little un-assuming sushi place two doors down from Triangolo Pizza. It's never busy, which I hope means it won't meet the same fate as it's pan-asian comrade Moon Shadow. It's not bad. In fact, it's pretty decent. If they had more turn-over I think things would be a little more fresh, but I've never been disappointed. They have almost-fresh-squeezed juices for $1.50 which is really great.
I have had the california dragon roll and the boston roll, both of which I enjoyed and did not give me dysentery or other diseases that I think sushi should probably give a person given what's in it.
It has a really homey atmosphere with rough wood floors and end-table lamps. They were playing Lite FM in the kitchen when I went in last, but maybe they'd turn it down if somebody came in and sat down (I always get take-out because I hate eating alone if I don't have anything to read).
